405 is my favorite of the Teppanyaki spots to eat! Every single thing about the plate you get is to die for! From the delicious fried rice, tasty choices of proteins and grilled veggies!!!! I can never have enough of this place, I wish I could eat it daily. My personal favorite order is all friend rice with chicken and New York steak (medium rare) They are generous about their sauces as we love the garlic butter!!!

One to come back to! We got to the truck early on and so glad we did knowing this truck gets pretty packed. We ordered two plates of the steak and chicken with fried rice and veggies! We opted for Filet mignon but they have the option of other cuts such as rib-eye and short ribs. Their menus showed that you have the option of all sorts of protein, lobster, shrimp, chicken, steak. The person who took our order was very kind and outgoing and made sure we received every sauce to enjoy the full experience. The portions of the plates are enough for 2 people if I'm honest. But since we like to have left overs, we made sure to get two plates. I would say that the pricing is a little high for food from a truck, about 36 per plate. From looking at old menus, I think their prices went up just like everything else in LA, so not surprised! Overall, this is a great place to get something that's going to fulfill your tastes buds as well as fill you up the right way!
There is no better place to eat when you're hungry and not only that the sushi truck behind them is out of this world it's pricey, but the food is phenomenal. The guys are great. The girls are terrific. The service is 100% phenomenal. The ambience is outside, but why not stand outside while you're getting food takes 30 minutes 35 minutes. I'd always say order ahead of time. Call him, and I'll have your shit ready
I can't believe all of the bad reviews.. I live right down the street & always order over the phone it's ready in about 15 mins at the most. For everyone complaining about the wait, pick your phone up and call ahead? Food here is bomb. It's always still hot when you take it to go. Veggies are my favorite along with the rice. This is one of the best food trucks I've ever been to hands down. Pricy sure but this isn't something I eat everyday so I don't mind. Good spot (:
